Meet Miss Erin
Founder & Director
From a young age, I knew my calling was to care for children. As a camper at East Boston Camp, I experienced the kind of warmth and guidance that shaped my life’s purpose. At 15, I began my journey as a camp counselor, and by 22, I had opened my own family childcare center. Eleven years later, I proudly launched my first center-based program at Ballard Elementary School in Saugus.

With over 23 years of experience, Peas in a Pod has created a nurturing environment for children to explore and receive the most precious gift of all which is learning. We realize that early childhood education is the most crucial part of your child’s foundation. Every child enrolled in our school will have the opportunity to develop intellectually and acquire social skills while they remain true to their individual nature.

6 weeks - 18 months
Gentle, nurturing care focused on bonding, sensory exploration, and early developmental milestones in a cozy, home-like setting.
Toddler Program
18 months - 3 years
Active exploration and discovery through hands-on play, encouraging independence, language development, and social skills.
Preschool
3-4 years
Play-based learning introducing early literacy, math concepts, creative arts, and cooperative play in a structured yet flexible environment.
Pre-K
4-5 years
Comprehensive kindergarten readiness program building confidence in academics, social-emotional skills, and independence.

PPNS is very good at keeping in touch with us through the Brightwheel app where we get updates outthought that day and messages that are always quickly responded. The stuff are great with request and help; for example like potty training. Everyday he seems to surprise us with his learning. Every child learns differently and they understand that."
